Painted in ink, colour, and gofun on paper, with a European dog wearing a collar with bells beside chrysanthemums and rocks, mounted as a hanging scroll, 95 x 53.5cm. 犬図掛軸 A similar example of this subject is reproduced in the exhibition catalogue, One thousand years of Art in Japan, Colnaghi Oriental, 1981.
