A George V sterling silver novelty playing cards case, Sheffield 1912 by Fenton, Russell & Co Ltd

Modelled as a Georgian knife box, with a serpentine front with incised edges, the front section with a bright cut engraved vacant oval cartouche. The hinged lid raised by a simple thumbpiece. Fully and part-marked.
