λ TWO CARVED MOTHER-OF-PEARL SHELL PENDANTS

Comprising a carved and pierced mother-of-pearl shell pendant in the shape of an eight-pointed star followed by another five-pointed star in the center, with a suspension ring at the top, mounted and framed, 4cm diam.; and a larger drop-shaped mother-of-pearl shell pendant carved with the theme of Jesus Entering Jerusalem, mounted on a red velvet pad on a metal stand, 9cm x 6cm excluding the stand.

Provenance of the drop-shaped pendant: Hargesheimer Kunstauktionen, Dusseldorf, Germany, 4 - 5 November 2016, part of lot 225.
