Of typical cylindrical shape, on a raised circular base, the interior with a fitting tray, the top of the lid and the base inlaid with ivory and bone tesserae arranged in a diamond-shaped net pattern on the sides and in the shape of lotus petals with a cross in the centre of the lid, 15.3cm diam and 15cm high.
