The fine white cotton ground painted in sepia, white wash, and blue with a plethora of Hindu gods and semi-divine beings, several scenes from the life of Krishna in three horizontal bands, the explanatory text in Tamil script beneath each panel, bordered by a row of stylised circular flowers, 126cm x 196cm.
